The New York of Papa-Doc-Dictator-for-Life Mike Bloomberg also has District “Attorney” Cyrus R. Vance Jr., elected right after largest dollar theft in US history. Between them: it’s difficult to tell which decade –century we’re living in.

Midget Mike somehow got city legislature to agree –ought to be allowed to violate city’s charter –gave His Ego-ness a Third Term as mayor. Emboldened by uh, ‘popularity,’ he’s thrown personal liberty under the proverbial bus with his Dictates:

no menu board without calories
no cars on certain streets
no tax-free thing
–he was a Democrat, then a Republican, now “Independent” of all, but oops, over $400 Million bucks meant for schools went astray, and on and on, whatever His Whimness fancies and still in office.  Oh well.

Meanwhile over at the place where the law-abiding look for prosecution of the non-abiding:
Head “Prosecutor” Vance got a case that came with DNA, seamen, blood,  hair, saliva, bruises, fibers, photos, swath of carpet, co-workers’ testimony –and frightened distraught victim, in shock.

Then: with a tad of ruse and luck, cops found the accused, hauled his butt off to jail –delivered up not months -weeks -days later, but with only seconds to spare –only hours after the ‘alleged’ crime —with accuser -and employer’s ID confirmation.

“stand up, you’re under arrest”

Hey NBC, CBS, Rev. Sharpton, Rapsters, GM: What’s “Good” Got to Do With It?

Person with a big mouth lucky to have a megaphone/microphone, claims should not be fired –for demeaning others because: he is

“a good person, who made a bad mistake.”

Excuse me:  what does “goodness” have to do with it?  –If he’s been making the “mistakes” for over thirty years –how much Longer until he un-does the “mistake”? Why does he get to use the Public’s airwaves to work out his problems? The True “mistake”: media corporations use him –to pull in money off him. Are You listening?

Does one “have to listen” –to vulgar demeaning speech –to “understand” it? Megaphone-mouth claims: yes. –Don’t have ‘right’ to criticize him, if one has not heard him in the past. I never heard Stalin –Franco –hitler –Mussolini speak, yet: I know what they were about –don’t care –mitigates –‘improves’ the ‘rightness’ of what they said?  Millions of Dead bodies say otherwise. Such tactic specious defense.

I Personally heard:  Tricky Dick –claim “not a crook” –so it’s “OK” –I have a Right to comment –on his theft of rights, degradation of institutions –still-pervasive cynicism created, when he used agencies and thugs to sneak-spy on citizens, tap reporters’ home phones, IRS on personal bank account records –break into Democratic Party headquarters, at Watergate Hotel? Right Now: there are people living –among the rest of us, who think Tricky Dick was “a good person” –but do they know about his connections to nazis?  I heard Tricky Dick speak –so I’m “allowed” to comment on those secret connections, dirty dealings –but if you didn’t, you’re not?  I Don’t Think so. TrenchMouth: using Specious ‘argument.’ 

If You are listener of his trash: garbage in garbage out. Your life is short –of the things that matter. Listening to disturbed individual –paid to utter disturbances, speaks poorly of You, media that employs him, those who want to be Part of such trash. You WANT to own products of corporations who think that is appropriate “dialogue” –substitute for intelligent debate?  Then You need:  to work –start doing Positive things, get out more, find out definition: empathy. 

If you know people who listen to such trash: get new acquaintances. If not: would You want to be target of a wimp’s tirades? How is such a base imitation person: any different than the bully on the playground? Would You want a child subjected to a bully? If you said “yes” –ask yourself: why. A Real man: has Ethics. 

If I HAD heard him before now, I would have Demanded to know Why: Jewish –black –homosexual –female people are “Okay” targets on the Public’s airwaves? What is GM –Pat Buchanan –politicians –authors –ratings-seekers’ excuse? Why is trash-talk acceptable –72 years after Holocaust began –43 years after Civil Rights law passed by US Congress –32 years after renewed liberation, equality of women in workplace and college sports departments? Such trash acceptable: because homosexuals still discriminated against by “Republicans”?  Where is that –institutionalized hate, in the US Constitution? Preaching trash-talk/hate from
“Christian” pulpits: Does not make it acceptable, right or Christian. 

By What twisted sick logic –people trained to a high level of a sport rate hate-talk? If it is “OK” to label athletes who are women –reduced, dropped to sexual level that a fearful “man” feels ‘in control’ –then it would be okay –if I label him: dried up impotent old man unable to get it up?  Stereotyping –Would be “OK” –it is a two-way street at his level?  He can dish it –can he take it? Big suspicion: he cannot.

ALL the SUDDEN –Now they don’t want to be associated with Trench Mouth?  But it was “OK” before now –cuz they heard him on the radio? 

Does one have to be a woman –to know what it’s like to be demeaned, degraded in public –by “good” truck drivers while walking to school? How it feels –nasty comments –from “good” construction workers, while walking past site on the way to library-market-bus stop-café? It helps. That mortification –lasts. The honking horn, the whistling –hooting –are not soon, easily forgotten. Would “good” people like such things to happen –their sisters –aunts –daughters –wives ?  “Bitch” ??? What does “goodness” have to do with it?   

If Mini-mind said things –to pull in more listeners, which got more sponsors, paying more money:  does that make him –what, Pimp?  ‘Hey General Motors –I pimp for you….’

‘I Pimp your soap, Procter & Gamble’….  It is time, stale bores –need to go, when they have stayed passed their ‘sell-by’ date.  Garbage-‘man’ a throwback to long-gone era. Are You listening Sumner Redstone? –Surely you Knew -remembered, that you own CBS and Viacom –but allowed to broadcast only with Permission? Trash is OK with you –as long as You get the bucks, doesn’t Matter how? You will STOP market-targeting Lowest common denominator, dumbest among us WHEN? When does Quality get aired? When does CBS broadcast: jazz –Mozart concerts –new and classical plays –Deep debate? –Investigative journalism begins when?  WHEN does material get aired that YOU would allow your grandchildren to hear, view –that YOU would not be ashamed/want to take Credit? -Where to put? Pop out the stupid, the dumb, the worthless -start with replacing ‘deep’ examination of old court trials. YOU are using OUR airwaves –At the Moment, to spew trash…More than holders of your stock have a stake in what YOU air/broadcast. YOU DON’T HAVE Enough money –to Buy off OUR votes, that can get your license/ permission slip yanked. Remember?

–To put Those owners, managers, news readers -panderers in same category, in debate about journalism –laughable. The owners: SO focused on passing on the Barest Minimum, so as to qualify as “news” network, that Facts, Depth, All the Truth left out –so they can keep getting that Good Penta-goon juice, contracts.

Owners: deeply heavily involved in light bulbs, in Iraq, in weapons, in war –in delivering Trash. For some odd reason, reception in my area blocks NBC, I can usually only hear it, fine by me: there isn’t Thing One I want to see on NBC. WHAT is entertaining about: rehashed old murder cases, puffed up self-promoter glee at firing un-hired people, un-paid amateurs doing tricks for cash? What enlightenment –”cop” shows, all based on base violent sex? “Investigative” show & tell: kitchen table-potential pedophile-camera ad nausea. Can anybody say “NBC White Paper”?

Judgement, taste, sensitivity, creativity -Before hiring DirtChops? Quality of NBC has gone: down in direct proportion to size they have expanded -allowed to grow under “Republican” led last Congress and FCC . -You remember ex FCC head, Colin Powell’s kid, Mikey, right? He didn’t have any prob -with donations to Republican Party –with over 3 Million requests NOT to allow TV stations to own multi-media/expand, he just Ignored All faxes, letters, calls, e-mails, Democratic House & Senate members -let NBC roll over –communitities.

Now: NBC so bloated, so many weenies pile in to make ‘group think’ Nobody is Buck-stopper. They hired pretty-boy ex tele-prompter typist to read news; ‘hired’ “good” ratings-getter to get “good” juice, and so what if he was coarse. Bill Gates: teamed with NBC, to birth MSNBC. -Noth’n to say about what is allowed? Does he get a pass? Where is a Brandon Tartikoff, when we need him/her….

If such people and their money-producing “goodness” –tolerated in a society: where does it end?  Where’s the beef, why complain –condemn –arrest –when “good” teachers, cops, ministers, executives –go to another country, go next door, use children for sex? It’s just “good” joking….?

Several leaders have condemned microphone ‘mouth’ comments, content.  Fair enough. ‘Mouth’ made comments that also demeaned racially . Will those leaders, outraged listeners, corporate ad sponsors: also condemn same language used to sell –vile sound known as ‘rap’ –hip hop? Is such language –any less demeaning blaring from the car next to you at a stop light –no matter what your race –driver’s race? –Any fun, less demeaning when children, young teens listen? –Or just “artistic” license? It is ‘justified’ -“good” that producers of such -aid rising above poverty, doing that instead of….?  “Artists” Feast off the poverty…while degrading. While I’m at it: I’m WAY Plenty tired of late-night wannabe-funny Jay Leno: hauling out tired un-amusing lines about a person who hasn’t been in the White House for six years. WHEN do those Stale lines get shelved?  WHEN does little-Leno: STOP using cliché stereotype banalities about women? I watched the deminimus Leno: when Winton Marsalis was band conductor. Stopped watching –when I couldn’t watch him use Marsalis as butt of un-funny lame punch-lines; wrote him a letter –then two, about that.  Marsalis quit. I monitor little-Leno lame attempts —only during “David Letterman” commercials, only to know subject of first :15.

–No Reason to watch more of the tripe-show, it’s all sell-ebrities pumping up their latest schlock movie –pseudo music. I Don’t Want to Hear racist –homophobic –xenophobic trash any where, Pat Buchanan .

Sharpton ?  It Could start with: the person jogging in Central Park –who got head bashed in, left for dead –and slashed: “Ho” by “revered” Sharpton. She got: years of recovery, loss of normal life and further demeaned with “her boyfriend did it.” –But Public Apology –when he was proved wrong on the arrest of lower-life-form who did it? Jogger: female, white –basher: sick, black = ocean of silence….

We can do better –Stale dried up sick old bore: you’re Done, get off the stage. WE are moving on….
